First of all, you need to send the product back to us within 9 days of delivery. We will use the delivery date on the tracking code as the starting date for those 30 days. After this time, no returns will be accepted, and we will not be able to refund you.

It’s a normal phenomena called nose fatigue, where the nose desensitizes itself when it gets used to the scent. Even though you can’t feel it, others around you still can, so go easy on reapplying the scent.
